CBSE announces the annual BRICS Math Online Competition. The online competition is held for students of classes 1 to 12 in the 7 BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India China, South Africa, Indonesia, and Vietnam).
The goal of the competition is to develop creativity amongst children and to motivate them towards learning. The tasks are given in the form of a game which makes the learning process more interesting and effective.
Participation is free of charge.
Upon the completion of the competition, all participants and teachers will be rewarded with certificates.
Certificates will be available in the personal profiles after the participants have finished the main round.

Preparatory round: –
This year the preparatory round will be held online from April 22 to May 22.

The trial round gives students an opportunity to practice before the main round. The results of the trial round do not affect the main round.
Main round (60 minutes)
Sep 14–Oct 30, 2020
In the main round, students have 60 minutes to complete all
the tasks. It is not mandatory to complete the trial round to participate in
the main round.
How to apply: –
To participate, teachers would need to register their students on the website, bricsmath.com, choose their class and language and generate login id and password for them. Students can then login to the website and solve the tasks assigned for their class.
